The dialogue on the Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF) at the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum (APrIGF) 2016 in Taiwan included the perspectives of different stakeholders considering the impacts on access to information, the shifting of decision-making to technology companies, and the right of an individual to privacy and security.
